Fixed Price Vehicle Service – Terms & Conditions 1. Fixed Price Service Packages The following fixed price vehicle service packages apply to eligible vehicles only and are subject to the terms outlined below. 1.1 Small Vehicle Fixed Price Service Applicable to most standard small passenger vehicles, excluding European (Euro) vehicles. This service includes: Standard oil filter; Up to six (6) litres of engine oil; Standard engine oils including: 10W30; 10W40; and/or 5W30 Full Synthetic engine oil; Petrol and diesel vehicles. This fixed price service applies only where the vehicle utilises standard, commonly stocked oil filters and engine oils. Vehicles requiring: manufacturer-specific engine oils; specialty or non-standard engine oils; specialty, cartridge, European, performance, or non-stocked oil filters; and/or engine oil quantities exceeding six (6) litres, are excluded from the fixed price service and may incur additional charges. 1.2 Medium Vehicle / SUV Fixed Price Service Applicable to most medium-sized vehicles, including two-wheel drive (2WD), all-wheel drive (AWD), and standard SUV vehicles, excluding European (Euro) vehicles. This service includes: Standard oil filter; Up to eight (8) litres of engine oil; Standard engine oils including: 10W30; 10W40; and/or 5W30 Full Synthetic engine oil; Petrol and diesel vehicles. This fixed price service applies only where the vehicle utilises standard, commonly stocked oil filters and engine oils. Vehicles requiring: manufacturer-specific engine oils; specialty or non-standard engine oils; specialty, cartridge, European, performance, or non-stocked oil filters; and/or engine oil quantities exceeding eight (8) litres, are excluded from the fixed price service and may incur additional charges. 1.3 Large Vehicle / 4x4 Fixed Price Service Applicable to large vehicles and dedicated four-wheel drive (4x4) vehicles, excluding European (Euro) vehicles. This service includes: Standard oil filter; Up to ten (10) litres of engine oil; Standard engine oils including: 10W30; 10W40; and/or 5W30 Full Synthetic engine oil; Petrol and diesel vehicles. This fixed price service applies only where the vehicle utilises standard, commonly stocked oil filters and engine oils. Vehicles requiring: manufacturer-specific engine oils; specialty or non-standard engine oils; specialty, cartridge, European, performance, or non-stocked oil filters; and/or engine oil quantities exceeding ten (10) litres, are excluded from the fixed price service and may incur additional charges. 2. Exclusions & Additional Charges Fixed price servicing does not include: European (Euro) vehicles; Additional labour associated with seized, damaged, modified, or inaccessible components; Additional oil quantities exceeding the included limits; Specialty oils or filters not ordinarily stocked; Performance, European, or modified vehicles unless otherwise agreed in writing; Repairs, diagnostics, or replacement parts outside the scope of a standard service. Where additional parts, oils, labour, or consumables are required, the customer will be notified prior to commencement where reasonably practicable. 3. Mobile Servicing Fixed price service packages are available for both workshop and mobile servicing appointments. Mobile servicing appointments are subject to an additional travel and onsite service fee. Travel charges are calculated based on the total return travel distance from the workshop located in Warana. 3.1 Travel Fee Structure Services conducted within a twenty (20) kilometre round trip from the workshop location will incur the standard mobile service fee; Services exceeding twenty (20) kilometres and up to forty (40) kilometres round trip will incur an increased travel fee calculated proportionately from the standard twenty (20) kilometre rate; Services exceeding forty (40) kilometres round trip may be subject to additional charges and/or quotation approval prior to booking. All mobile servicing charges will be confirmed prior to appointment confirmation. 4. General All pricing stated is inclusive of GST unless otherwise specified. The service provider reserves the right to determine vehicle eligibility for fixed price servicing at its sole discretion. Prices, inclusions, and terms may be amended without notice.
